Calibration & service centre
local service – global quality
WIKA Benelux houses a well-equipped service and calibration centre. Here, manometers can be combined with diaphragm seals, after which they are completely calibrated. Furthermore, loose manometers can be (re-)calibrated to verify proper performance. For this, highly accurate tools are used, traceable to international standards.
Also thermometers and thermowells can be produced, serviced and calibrated. Qualified welders produce the required part or – if required – repair returned parts. For temperature calibration, baths are available in various ranges.
On-site or mobile calibration is possible by using our service truck. Rather than sending instruments back for recalibration or repair, the truck comes to the customer’s site for highest convenience.
Next to that, our service engineers can perform an on-site audit, verifying the actual status of all installed instruments. Based on the findings during the visual inspection, an analysis is made, followed by an objective recommendation to improve the instrument’s performance.
Lastly, (safety) trainings can be conducted to train end users in the use of field instrumentation.
